Bio Menthe is extremely exuberant about what’s passionate about – she becomes obsessed quite easily. When she becomes obsessed, it’s simply in your best interest to move out of her way as she’ll do whatever in her power to get what she wants. Granted, Menthe isn’t the most intelligent of beings but she can learn from some of her mistakes. Since the whole ‘Hades’ incident, she’s learned that being sneaky actually can be a good thing. Whether she’s good at being sneaky is debatable, but Menthe enjoys the tight leather such an occupation it involves. Menthe is quite willing to say what’s on her mind – and she hardly regrets anything. She’s fine with things not working out the first time, as long as there’s a chance for a ‘next’ time. Probably the most memorable aspect of Menthe’s personality is her obsessive love and lust. While most nymphs tended to go for whatever was the most attractive God, Menthe went with something different. A strong ‘mothering’ sense (though she doesn’t realize it, don’t tell her), goes out to any man who’s not been loved truly, she believes she can make them whole with the proper relationship and surroundings. (I’m sure you heard the term nymphomaniac.) She eagerly caught on to pop culture as well, declaring her favorite of the Underappreciated Gods so similar to icons in pop culture…Hades has a strong part in her heart which will never go away…kind of like an ongoing obsession, but really she claims to be over it completely. She also is incredibly self-absorbed, thinking herself just as good and better than the Gods – (better falling into a category of a few people, there are some Gods she glorifies such as ‘her latest obsession’, Aphrodite, and Peitho). In tune with this – she has a habit of giving nicknames to people, which seem to provide no purpose other than to annoy, like a gnat would. Hades, God of the Underworld was Menthe’s first love, and still held in the highest esteem in her heart. She’s willing to do whatever he wishes, as she knows he still loves her. He has to, much more than that Sephie…but that doesn’t mean she can’t go and move on herself can she? So who’s her new man? Shh, for now… |
